Pricing & Policies (At a Glance)

Pricing is tailored to dates/season, group size, and scope (chef dinner, décor, etc.).

  • Length of stay: 3 night minimum, October 1st thru July 4th. 2 night minimum July 5th thru September 30th.
  • Deposit: 50% deposit at time of booking.
  • Final payment: Final 50% charge on arrival date
  • Cancellation: Fully refundable if cancel minimum 2 months prior to arrival.
  • Quiet hours & event timing: Full-buy-out rules apply. Quiet time is at the discretion of the event creator. However the property is nestled in a residential community so loud noises are not appreciated by any of our neighbors.
  • Host responsibility: the host ensures all rooms are booked by the group (or per policy).

Payment model: host pays all or guests pay individually—your choice.
