Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can unexpectedly change. Reservations may be canceled with a full refund 60 days prior to your check-in date. Cancellations made within 60 days will result in forfeiture of your 30% deposit. Guests’ no-show will incur a full reservation charge. For hotel buy-outs, cancellations must be made 60 days before your arrival date. Cancellations made within 60 days will result in forfeiture of your 30% deposit.

Prices And Taxes
Prices posted on our website may be different than prices offered by us at other locations. All prices, discounts, and promotions on our website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for reservations, products, or service will be the price in effect at the time the reservation is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Posted prices on our website do not include Transient Occupancy Tax of 11.5 % and 1% Tourism Tax.

Deposit And Payment
A 30% deposit for reservation is charged on the date of reservation. The remaining payment is processed on or about your date of arrival for the entire stay.

Check-In
Check-in is 3:00 PM through contactless check-in. You will receive a custom text or email from us welcoming you to our property and providing you with access codes and all other guest information. Our front desk is open each day until 5:00 p.m. and you also are welcome to check-in with our front desk upon your arrival. If you do plan to check-in after 5:00 PM, please let us know in advance so we can ensure your check-in will be seamless. We do not have overnight staff but if you have any issues, you will have our contact information in your welcoming message. You may also reach us anytime by calling us at (760) 459-5122.

Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you wish for a later check-out, please let us know and we wil try to accommodate your request.

Minors And Children
Children or minors under the age of 18 are NOT allowed in the property.

ADA Compliance
We have an ADA compliant room. There is also an ADA compliant parking space located in front of the property by the front gate. Please inform us if you need ADA parking or ADA room so we can ensure you can have the best experience possible.

Parking
On-property parking is available by request. There are no assign parking spaces except for the ADA parking and Bungalow 3. One parking space is available per room.

Quiet Time
Quiet hours for the property are between 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our other guests by keeping noise level during these hours to a minimum.

Common Areas and Pool Hours
All common areas are open 24 hours a day. You may use these areas at any time as long as you are respectful of our other guests. If you use the common areas or pool during quiet time, please be extra caring about your noise level.

No Smoking
We are a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind is prohibited both in rooms and hotel grounds. A cleaning charge of $500.00 will be added to any room where there was smoking.

Guest’s Belongings
Our doors operate electronic locks. We kindly ask that you lock your doors when you leave rooms for the safety and protection of your belongings. For your convenience and protection, safes are provided in your room to store any valuables. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to guest belongings.

Damages
Guests are responsible for treating hotel property and amenities with respect. The guest or guests responsible for the reservation will be charged for the any damage to hotel property not in the ordinary course.

Pets
We have a limited number of rooms in which we welcome dogs under 40 pounds with a one-time fee of $100.00 per stay. Kindly keep your dog on leash on the property and do not allow your dog on indoor or outdoor furniture. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pet so we may assign your room accordingly.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping during your stay is available upon request between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
